1. Core drilling rigs must not be operated unattended.

2. When pulling the gearbox handle or the winch transfer handle, you must first disconnect the clutch and wait for the gear to stop before proceeding, so as not to damage the gear, and pay attention to placing the handle in the positioning hole.

3. When closing the gyrator, you must first open the clutch, wait for the small arc bevel gear to stop rotating, and lock the box handle to start the vertical shaft.

4. Before drilling, the drilling tool must be lifted off the bottom of the hole and then the clutch must be closed. Only after normal operation can start drilling.

5. When lifting the drilling tool, pay attention to first use the hoist to lift the upper drill rod away from the hole, and remove it from the lock joint that connects the special variable wire joint to the lower drill rod, then open the gyrator, and then lift the drill in the hole .

6. When raising and lowering the drilling tool, it is strictly forbidden to brake the two holding brakes at the same time, so as to avoid damage to the parts and cause serious accidents.

7. The operator of the hoist shall not leave the brake handle to handle other work or adjust the brake while the drilling tool is suspended, so as to avoid the automatic release of the brake and cause an accident.

8. During the operation of the core drilling rig, pay attention to checking the bearing position of each component, the temperature of the gearbox, and the gyrator not to overheat. Gearboxes and gyrators are allowed to work below 80°C (temperature rise 40°C).

9. During the operation of the core drilling rig, if there is any abnormal sound such as violent vibration, screaming, impact, etc., stop and check the cause immediately.

10. According to the provisions of the lubrication table, regularly add or replace lubricating oil and grease, and the quality of the oil must meet the requirements.
